Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any service on bobabrewery, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors who browse the site without registering. Bobabrewery reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice posted on this page.

Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use bobabrewery. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials. Any attempt to manipulate markets, engage in wash trading, or exploit platform vulnerabilities will result in immediate account termination.

Intellectual Property

All content on bobabrewery — including the matching engine interface, chart tools, logos, and written materials — is the property of Bobabrewery and protected under applicable copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission. Scraping trading data via automated tools is prohibited without an approved API agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Bobabrewery provides a trading venue, not financial advice. Cryptocurrency markets carry significant risk. You trade at your own discretion and accept full responsibility for your trading decisions.

Liability Caps

Bobabrewery's total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the trading fees paid by that user in the 90 days preceding the claim. This limit applies regardless of the nature of the claim.

Bobabrewery is not liable for losses arising from market volatility, network congestion, force majeure events, or third-party service failures outside our direct control.

Third-Party Services

The platform integrates TradingView charts and third-party payment processors. These services operate under their own terms. Bobabrewery is not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

Account Security

You are required to enable two-factor authentication within 7 days of registration. Bobabrewery will never ask for your password via email or chat. Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately to info@bobabrewery.com.

Your Rights

You may request a full export of your account data, transaction history, and personal records at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Changes to Terms

Material changes to these terms will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of bobabrewery after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
